Quality charter for tradespeople
Tradespeople who register with NeedHelp accept the rules of our platform and must adhere to them and respect them. Here are the 4 main principles of NeedHelp tradespeople.

1. Transparency towards the platform and clients

Identity and profile
The tradesperson must provide proof of identity corresponding to his real first and last name and agree to complete his profile carefully. A recent and decent profile picture and a description of his previous assignments should be added.
If the tradesperson is a professional, he must provide proof of his professional status (company number), as well as an up-to-date document proving that his professional activity is covered (Civil Liability, 10-year civil liability insurance, etc.), in accordance with the type of services offered.
Outsourcing of assignments
The tradesperson shall not outsource the assignments for which it has been selected. If the tradesperson is a company with several employees, it must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding work permits for its employees.
2. Respect for rules and attitude towards customers

Respect for others and obligations
The tradesperson maintains a polite and correct attitude. They treat each other with respect, without physical or verbal violence, both through messages and in person. Our teams ensure that this commitment is mutually respected.
Once an assignment is assigned, the tradesperson must confirm the location, date and time of the job with the client. If necessary, they adjust the date of the appointment.
Cancellations and poor performance
The tradesperson will respect the date agreed with the customer and inform the customer in case of delay. In case of unavailability justifying the postponement of the job, he will also inform NeedHelp to update the assignment information.
The tradesperson will ensure that he does not cause an excessive number of cancellations, which would be a source of dissatisfaction for the client. He will be informed that his cancellation rate will be displayed on his profile and that an excessive rate may result in his profile being suspended.
3. Deliver quality work in accordance with the customer's request

Applying for a job
The tradesperson ensures that he has the required skills to carry out the job. He does not accept jobs that he cannot fulfil.
Selection for an assignment
The tradesperson provides the equipment required to perform the job in accordance with the safety standards and regulations that apply. The material will be provided by the customer. The tradesperson commits to take into account the customer's initial request and deliver quality work that meets that requirement.
End of the job
The tradesperson doesn't abandon an ongoing job and commits to cleaning up the workplace at the end of the job and removing any waste.
At the end of the job, the tradesperson checks with the customer whether the planned tasks have been carried out and ensures that the customer is satisfied. In case of an incident or unforeseen event, NeedHelp is notified immediately.
In the specific case of a job provided by a partner (Premium or B2B), the tradesperson prepares a report at the end of the job, accompanied by photos of the work carried out, in order to claim the payment.
4. Respect the rules and procedures of the NeedHelp platform

Sharing personal information
The tradesperson commits not to disclose personal information in his communications through offers and private messages, as well as on his public profile. He must not communicate any information that allows circumvention of the platform, subject to removal by our moderation teams (Last name, phone number, business card, physical address, emails, etc.)
Estimates and quotations
They will make realistic offers in accordance with the requested tasks and will not overestimate or underestimate the amount required for the job.
Payment for the job
The tradesperson respects the payment method chosen by the customer when booking the service. The tradesperson commits not to request additional amounts outside the platform and does inform NeedHelp when it happens. In the case of direct payment, the method of payment (cash, bank transfer, etc.) is agreed between the tradesperson and the customer.
